Synopsis
Penthouse will tell the story of a woman who risks everything to achieve her goal in order to move into a luxurious penthouse in the Gangnam District. She wants to fulfill desires, motherhood, even a career to survive in an upscale environment. But in the process, the woman gradually turned into a terrible person.
Set in a luxurious Penthouse Apartment which has 100 floors. Sim Soo-Ryeon (Lee Ji-Ah) was born as an elegant rich woman from the the upper class.
Her husband, Joo Dan-Tae (Uhm Ki-Joon) is a successful man who owns a real estate business. He made a lot of money investing.
On the other hand there is Cheon Seo-Jin (Kim So-Yeon), He also comes from a rich family. Has an arrogant nature and big ambitions. Her husband is Ha Yoon-Cheol (Yoon Jong-Hoon). He works as chief surgeon in a public hospital that treats VIP patients. Just like his wife Ha Yoon-Cheol is a man of ambition and has power and wealth at his disposal.
Unlike all of them, Oh Yoon-Hee (Eugene) was born into a poor, simple family. Oh Yoon-Hee has to work hard for the children's success. Her dream has always been to be a part of the upper class and her family's happiness.
Despite having done a lot of work, until now Oh Yoon-Hee was not yet rich. But he still tries to make every effort so that he can have a chance of success and be better than him.
