Venom: Let There Be Carnage
Synopsis
Venom: Let There Be Carnage tells the story of Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) who now has to adapt to life with Venom after surviving the first film. Meanwhile, a serial killer named Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson) has escaped from prison. This condition then endangers Brock, because Kasady also has a symbiote named Carnage.
The storyline of this film really focuses on the development of Eddie Brock's relationship with Venom, as well as the birth of Cletus Kasady as Carnage. The narrative of the story takes place in a very short, concise, and clear way in a duration of 97 minutes which is fairly short for a superhero film. This also makes the conflict in this film not spinning.
Indeed, there is nothing special about the plot of Venom: Let There Be Carnage even though it is more exciting than the first film. However, the storyline in this second film is much easier to digest, so the audience doesn't have to think hard when watching it. Moreover, throughout the film we also get various kinds of comedies that make the storyline more fun to follow.
