Synopsis
The Matrix Resurrections tells the story of Neo's (Keanu Reeves) return to the more dangerous matrix world. The Matrix Resurrections is a US film franchise after The Matrix Revolutions (2003), The Matrix Reloaded (2003), and The Matrix (1999). The gap between the latest And the last The Matrix films is quite far, which is 18 years old.
The Matrix Resurrections is set 20 years after The Matrix Revolutions. Meanwhile, Neo's character (Keanu Reeves) lives an ordinary life as Thomas A. Anderson in San Francisco, where his therapist prescribes him a blue pill.
Another character is Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss). Neither Neo and Trinity knew each other. Meanwhile, another character is Morpheus (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, handling a character who comes from Laurence Fishburne) who offers him a red pill and reopens his mind to the world of the Matrix.
However, The Matrix Resurrections will see Jada Pinkett Smith reprising her role as Niobe from The Matrix Revolutions and The Matrix Reloaded, with Christina Ricci, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Neil Patrick Harris among the new cast.
